Information this website uses
This website is operated by Pro-Techs Carpet, Tile and Upholstery Cleaning Services LLC. It helps visitors call us or submit a service request through the contact form. Customers do not need an account, and the website does not collect online payments. Owner access to submitted requests requires sign-in.
Calls and contact-form requests
If you call or submit the form, you may provide your name, phone number, city, and information about the carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, or floor-care service you need. That information is used to answer questions, prepare a quote, schedule service, and communicate about your appointment.
Quote requests are stored in the website's database for Pro-Techs to review and respond to. An email address is optional. Requests are private and may be sent to our notification provider so Johnathan can respond promptly. A submitted request is not a booked appointment.
Website chat
The automated chat answers common cleaning questions using Pro-Techs service information. Questions are sent to this website to select an answer. Chat transcripts are not saved to our customer database or included in analytics, and the conversation clears when you reload or leave the page. Please enter contact details in the quote form, not in chat.
If you choose “Request my quote,” your recent questions may be copied into the form for you to review. They reach Johnathan only when you submit that form successfully. Chat does not book an appointment or confirm availability.
Spam protection and owner notifications
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser information for this check. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
We use a protected identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated requests. Customer details are available only to authorized Pro-Techs staff and providers that support request handling and notifications. We do not include your contact details in website analytics events.
Website measurement
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tools to help us understand website visits and whether visitors use click-to-call links. These technologies may use cookies or similar browser storage and may receive technical information such as device type, browser, referring page, and general interaction data.
Advertising
Measurement data may be used with Google Ads to understand whether advertising leads to phone-link clicks. Pro-Techs does not sell personal information gathered through this website.
Your choices
