Commercial-Grade Oxidation & Odor Neutralization
Pet Odor & Stain Removal for Gulf Coast Carpets
We use TMF Unchained to target urine stains and odor-causing material, followed by thorough extraction. Results depend on the extent of contamination and whether it has reached the backing, pad, or subfloor.

Why Pet Odors and Yellow Spots Keep Returning
When a pet urinates on carpet, the liquid soaks through the face fibers into the backing and pad. As it dries, it leaves behind two stubborn problems: yellow urochrome pigment (which causes visible staining) and concentrated alkaline urine salts (which cause recurring odors).
High humidity on the Gulf Coast reactivates these dormant urine salts, releasing sharp ammonia odors into the air. Traditional carpet shampoos or home spotters can't break down these salt compounds and often leave sticky residues that cause dark dirt spots to reappear through wicking.
How Our Professional Oxidation Treatment Works
For severe cases where pet accidents have repeatedly saturated subflooring or baseboards over many years, we will give you an honest appraisal of whether cleaning will solve the problem or if pad replacement is necessary.
Cleaning solutions & family care
For carpet cleaning, we use environmentally friendly, plant-based, thymol-infused TMF Green Label prespray: 99% Green at ready-to-use dilution, soap-free, and VOC-compliant, with no harsh butyls or NTAs.
How does the extraction rinse help protect children and pets?
Our high-heat commercial truckmount hot-water extraction process flushes and thoroughly rinses the fibers, extracting the cleaning solution along with the suspended soils. Repeated rinsing dilutes and removes remaining traces, while a neutralizing rinse helps restore fiber pH.
This process leaves carpets soft and residue-free, with a non-resoiling finish that avoids sticky, soil-attracting detergent buildup. When products are applied and rinsed as directed, carpets are safe for children and pets once fully dry. Please keep children and pets off damp carpet until drying is complete.
We select products and methods for each surface. Green Label is for suitable synthetic fibers; tile, grout, pet treatments, and protectants use their own product directions and drying requirements.
